Project’s purpose
EPAPSY in partnership with UNHCR is implementing a project in the urban area of Attica that focuses on the provision of community psychosocial support integrated services to refugees/asylum seekers. The objective of the project is to develop competency-based skills of refugees enabling them to take on paraprofessional roles of Community Psychosocial Workers within the refugee communities.
Job Description
The Information Management Officer is responsible for revision and maintenance of program tools, facilitating the process, preparing necessary information (data and documents) to be used on narrative reports as requested by the Project Manager and the partner organization. The role reports to the Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not necessarily limited, to the following:
- Revision of tools, continuous upkeep of the project database, allowing for accurate disaggregated data.
- Supporting regular data collection and verification exercises, in coordination with the CPW Team Leader and the Project Manager.
- Reporting on data and demographics as required.
- Upon request, perform any other additional duties or tasks assigned by the line manager to allow for EPAPSY CPW project to function optimally and support the activities. Any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager to support EPAPSY’S programming.
- Implementing regular and ad-hoc data collection; Maintenance of databases with disaggregated data; Supporting the team in monthly reporting.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field such us information management, data analysis, statistics in political science, international relations, engineering (computer), etc.
- At least two years working experience in a related field; previous working experience with local or international NGOs will be considered as a strong advantage.
- At least three years working experience in humanitarian sector on refugee’s protection field.
- Experience of community-based work in a humanitarian context.
- Fluency in Greek; Very good verbal and written English skills (B2).
- Strong computer skills, and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office is required. The knowledge of any other statistics related software will be considered as advantage.

- The contract will be under the Greek Labor Law and all allowances will be provided to the employee.
